wellness the way you want it
Cops don’t have to feel tied to rigid or outdated trainings that don’t fit their personality. We appreciate how decisive you are and we aim to provide you a training experience that meets your high expectations.
By simply learning the basics of neuroscience and stress, you can gain the freedom to practice wellness in a way that feels authentic and practical for you.
The truth is: wellness is for everyone but how it's practiced is completely unique to each individual.
If you’ve been in law enforcement for a few years, you’ve heard about the importance of mental health and the negative impact of stress exposure. With a strategic game plan, you can unlock new and creative ways of taking care of yourself that feel authentic, natural and easy to practice.
Now is
your time
Don’t try to unwind from your shift by doom scrolling. As we take you through this hands-on training, you will start to connect the dots about your health and gain a new perspective and clarity of exactly what your body needs and how to incorporate recovery.
The overwhelm you’ve been feeling, the tension in your jaw or the dull ache in your stomach are NOT the problem. Those are very important alarms going off in your body and you need to face them head-on before you can't ignore them.
The body keeps the score.
By diving into emotional intelligence (EQ) development along with hands-on training aids and group discussions, we focus on 4 areas of growth. If you can not only learn new skills but practice and apply them, you can lower your stress immediately.
Harness the power of Adrenaline
Using stress inoculation, we’ll investigate your current resiliency levels and practice your unique adrenaline experience.

You are in law enforcement for a reason. This isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about balancing the dark side of the job so you can feel peace at the end of your week.
Enhance Your Relationships
Clarity about why you can’t wait to get off work and then immediately feel overstimulated. Create deeper connections with family and friends in your personal life.

DO I NEED TO WEAR SPECIAL CLOTHING?
We recommend clothing that allows for movement such as workout apparel or BDU’s that have enough stretch. Your shoes will come off when you do the myofascial release techniques so socks are recommended as well.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PAID TRAINING?
Notify us via email within 30 days of your training to receive a full refund via account transfer. Within 29-11 days of your scheduled training, receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. If cancelling within 10 days of your training, we will issue you a voucher for the pre-recorded version of this training - no refund will be issued.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
The instructor will have complete an injury form at the beginning of the class . Let them know what’s going on, even if it’s an old injury that doesn’t give you too much grief!

The motivation and mindset to overcome any challenges ahead.
Feelings of belonging, acceptance and feeling “normal” within police culture.
Cystal clear blueprint of a healthy and sustainable career in law enforcement.

salty cop reviews
"Our department seems to be ahead of the resiliency game, but, I found portions of the class filling in some of our gaps. Specifically, the guided stretching."
—D. Greene
"Erica is awesome, made me feel normal in the law enforcement field."
—T. Rogers
“This class is something we need to do all the time. I feel as if a ton of tension and negativity has left my body. I feel great.”
—C. Melero
"I honestly believe if you had some officers on the edge with suicidal tendencies this class would help bring them back. A lot of the material is not just something you do once during the 30 minute class and never think of again, it is things that you can use for the rest of your career. You can tell Erica has spent a significant amount of time talking with officers and trying to determine what would be helpful."
—C. Hill

Erica Gaines
Hi, I’m Erica Gaines - the CEO/Founder of TacMobility, author of 8 first responder stress studies, author of 9 training courses, a certified yoga instructor, and current Sociology student at Arizona State University.
I started my career with law enforcement in 2013, where I sold switchblades at training conferences. As time progressed and I developed friendships, I realized that 2 things were missing in first responder wellness:
➡ Wellness techniques that you practice
➡ Engaging presentations that make sense to a tough crowd
My goal is to help first responders understand their bodies and help them identify their stress habits. When this happens, change happens.
Well isn't a presentation - it's something you practice.
Learn how you can use neuroscience and mobility to lower stress & build resiliency.
